Can I get help choosing an outfit?
Absolutely. In order for you to have a seamless shopping experience we at Cobuydi can provide you a personal stylist (for a small, additional fee) to assist you with your gift box. Just click here to get started.
How will I know you’ve received my order?
When you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. Once our team have packaged your order, you will receive an additional email notifying you that your gift box is on its way. You will be able to track your order using our Track Order page.
ORDERS
Can I change or cancel my order?
Any changes or cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If a gift box has been created, then we will not be able to cancel or change your order. We will do our ultimate best to accommodate your request if we have not already started packaging. Refunds due to cancellations will be credited to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Please check our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

DELIVERY
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery cost is included within the price of the gift box and you will see the breakdown of the cost of clothing items, box/packaging and delivery on the checkout page. Next day delivery is applicable for orders before 2pm. While we try our best to ensure deliveries are made as quick as possible, we cannot be responsible for delivery times. All delivery times and estimates are from the date of dispatch, and cannot be guaranteed.
When does an item become mine?
Ownership and Risk of all products ordered become yours after 1 attempt at delivery. Once 1 attempt at delivery have been made, you are now the owner of these item/s (provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product/s(s) have been received).

Can I track my order?
Of course. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a delivery confirmation email with the relevant tracking number.

What is the Cobuydi Gift Box?
The Cobuydi Gift Box is a special luxury gift experience. Each box is beautifully presented and packaged to a premium standard by the Cobuydi Team with the items you’ve ordered on the product page. The Cobuydi Gift Box is available at a range of prices starting from £150 up to £1,000 and all boxes will consist of high quality clothing from various boutiques and brands.
When will I receive my gift box?
We expect gift box orders to be delivered within 3-7 working days of dispatch, although this can vary in the case of external circumstances outside our control. Once a gift box order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any shipping delays, but will do everything we can to help.
Will my gift box include a receipt?
No, we never include receipts or prices inside the gift boxes but we also do not remove or change the original tags that comes with the clothing items.
